MANAGEMENT OF YOUR TRANSACTION:
* I will personally be in attendance to negotiate and advise when offers on your property are presented and further ensure that the buyers are financially qualified to purchase your property by requesting that a pre-approval letter from a mortgage representative is included at the time the offer is made.
* Deliver the contracts to your attorney and liaise with attorneys for both seller and buyers not only during the Attorney Review period, but throughout the sale.
* Coordinate the home inspection on your property and give you and your attorney objective feedback.
* Assure the additional deposit monies are turned in on time.
* Maintain open lines of communications with the Buyer's Agent to ensure all contingencies of the sale are met in a timely manner including mortgage commitment.
* Assist you in obtaining the necessary Certificate of Occupancy and other items required to transfer title.
* Remind you to have all utilities transferred from your name.
* Schedule pre-closing walk-through by the buyers and their agents.
* Attend the closing.
* Stay in contact with you after the closing.
