Toward that end, Bob believes in having all the facts his clients need. Thus, in addition to staying on top of local market values, he keeps up with taxes, utility costs, municipal services, and proposed changes in local zoning that could affect a client’s future satisfaction with their new home.

And that’s not all. Since Bob is an “almost life-long” resident of the Jersey Shores, he can answer questions that have nothing to do with real estate – but everything to do with getting acquainted and enjoying all the Jersey Shore has to offer.

Of course, this knowledge spills over into helping clients choose a home, since most people prefer living in close proximity to the amenities they use and enjoy.

A graduate of Ocean County College, Bob is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Before turning to real estate sales, he used that skill to specialize in Internet marketing for the mortgage industry. Now, at a time when 90% of all buyers begin their home search on the Internet, he uses his marketing and computer expertise to give his listing clients an edge over the competition.
